This weeks favorite: TOLIX

The Tolix chair has become an icon of industrial esthetics.
Created in 1934 by Xavier Pauchard, a pioneer of galvanization here in my Home state Burgundy, it soon conquered the world and was able to enter the Collections of the MOMA and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
It is crafted of sheet metal and is known for its fool-proof solidity, unequalled lightness and easy maintenance.

I love Tolix chairs and how people succeed incorporating their industrial look in their non-insustrial homes..
